由于(yu)金屬波(bo)紋鋼屋(wu)(wu)蓋結構具有自重(zhong)輕(qing)(qing)、工(gong)(gong)業化(hua)程度(du)高(gao)、施(shi)工(gong)(gong)速度(du)快(kuai)、周短、綜合(he)經(jing)濟效(xiao)益優(you)良、抗(kang)震(zhen)性能(neng)好(hao)(hao)、有利于(yu)環(huan)保、外型美(mei)觀等優(you)勢(shi),近幾年(nian)發展(zhan)迅猛(meng),已廣泛用(yong)于(yu)各類工(gong)(gong)業廠房和(he)民用(yong)建筑中,但在使(shi)用(yong)中也帶(dai)來一些新的問題。由于(yu)輕(qing)(qing)鋼結構的屋(wu)(wu)頂多以彩色壓(ya)型鋼板(ban)(ban)(ban)和(he)彩色鋼板(ban)(ban)(ban)夾芯板(ban)(ban)(ban)為(wei)主(zhu),該種板(ban)(ban)(ban)材具有質量(liang)輕(qing)(qing)、強度(du)高(gao)、色澤(ze)豐富、制作安裝方便、施(shi)工(gong)(gong)快(kuai)捷、抗(kang)震(zhen)性能(neng)好(hao)(hao)、防(fang)(fang)火、防(fang)(fang)水、經(jing)久耐(nai)用(yong)、免(mian)維護等特點,其本身具有一定的強度(du)、剛度(du)和(he)防(fang)(fang)腐性能(neng),自身一般不存在漏(lou)水可(ke)能(neng)。但若(ruo)板(ban)(ban)(ban)間的拼縫處理不當,往往造成屋(wu)(wu)面(mian)(mian)漏(lou)水。因此,屋(wu)(wu)面(mian)(mian)彩鋼壓(ya)型板(ban)(ban)(ban)的連接是(shi)屋(wu)(wu)面(mian)(mian)系統中為(wei)重(zhong)要(yao)的環(huan)節,必須高(gao)度(du)重(zhong)視彩鋼屋(wu)(wu)面(mian)(mian)的設計、選材、施(shi)工(gong)(gong)。
在設(she)計(ji)(ji)方(fang)面(mian),首先(xian)應(ying)嚴格按照設(she)計(ji)(ji)規范(fan),不(bu)得因為節(jie)省造價而(er)隨意降低設(she)計(ji)(ji)指標(biao),同時應(ying)結合施(shi)工現場實際情況進行設(she)計(ji)(ji)。對于(yu)雨雪較大的(de)地(di)區,當建(jian)筑(zhu)屋(wu)(wu)面(mian)跨度(du)較大時,屋(wu)(wu)面(mian)坡度(du)不(bu)宜低于(yu)10%。設(she)計(ji)(ji)屋(wu)(wu)面(mian)檁(lin)條,應(ying)該(gai)保(bao)守些(xie),不(bu)能盲(mang)目節(jie)省鋼材,而(er)降低檁(lin)條的(de)高(gao)度(du)。檁(lin)條高(gao)度(du)取高(gao)值(zhi),有(you)利于(yu)防止屋(wu)(wu)面(mian)出(chu)現不(bu)均(jun)勻的(de)下撓,避免(mian)出(chu)現屋(wu)(wu)面(mian)積水。
當單(dan)面坡(po)(po)長小于12m時,屋(wu)(wu)面可不(bu)設橫(heng)(heng)縫(feng)(feng);當單(dan)面坡(po)(po)長大(da)于12m時,板(ban)間需設橫(heng)(heng)縫(feng)(feng)搭接(jie)。橫(heng)(heng)縫(feng)(feng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)般(ban)(ban)采用順(shun)水搭接(jie),為保證(zheng)防(fang)水效果,必須滿足一(yi)(yi)(yi)定的搭接(jie)長度(du),且搭接(jie)長度(du)長短(duan)與屋(wu)(wu)面坡(po)(po)度(du)有(you)關,當坡(po)(po)度(du)小于等于1/10時,一(yi)(yi)(yi)般(ban)(ban)不(bu)宜(yi)小于300mm;當坡(po)(po)度(du)大(da)于1/10時,一(yi)(yi)(yi)般(ban)(ban)不(bu)宜(yi)小于200mm,并要求在搭接(jie)處高(gao)低錯開,上下(xia)兩層板(ban)之(zhi)間粘貼防(fang)水密封膠條。這樣(yang)不(bu)僅可有(you)效防(fang)止滲水,還可防(fang)止鋼板(ban)切口處氧化銹蝕(shi)。
